Master in Artificial Intelligence from Adolfo Ibáñez University; a Master's Degree in Business Management and Industrial Civil Engineering degree from Business Management from Federico Santa María Technical University; and a Computer Science Execution Engineering degree from Diego Portales University.

Mr. Oñate has over 20 years of experience in developing technical solutions for the financial sector and acting as a consultant in innovation and artificial intelligence. He is also a certified Project Management Professional. During his professional career, Mr. Oñate has served as Development Manager at software solutions company BEE Mind; project leader at private health insurance company Consalud; and provided consulting services to companies like Cencosud, Scotiabank, and Codelco. Additionally, he has taught subjects such as Big Data, Machine Learning, Python, IT Project Management, Agile Project Management, and Software Engineering.
