April 30, 2025 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) sanctioned Lautaro de Buin S.A.D.P. for breaching ongoing information duties by not submitting its financial information as of March 2024 within the timeframe set forth in General Rule No. 201.

According to said General Rule, Professional Sports Organizations must submit quarterly information to the Commission regarding their operating capital; certification of payment of labor and social security obligations; and a statement of responsibility for the submitted information. These documents must be sent within 30 days after the corresponding quarter closes.

Per Exempt Resolution No. 3,861, Lautaro de Buin S.A.D.P. was fined UF 210. The Resolution stresses the importance of these entities submitting the information required by the CMF pursuant to its regulatory framework.
