April 24, 2025 - Over 2,000 representatives of supervised entities participated in the training seminar organized by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) about CMF Supervisa, the new platform to submit information to the Commission that begins operating on May 1, 2025.
Pursuant to General Rule No. 515, supervised entities and any other parties mandated to report to the CMF must use CMF Supervisa to submit information required by current laws and regulations. The new platform replaces both the Online Information Submission System (SEIL) and Extranet.
To use CMF Supervisa, supervised entities must verify or update their legal representative through CMF Sin Papel (Paperless CMF) prior to the new platform being operational. Additionally, all currently verified users on both the SEIL and Extranet will automatically migrate to the new platform.
