April 23, 2025 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) accepted a request to change the liquidator of the Táctico Perú and Facturas USD Redeemable Investment Funds, replacing Sartor AGF, which is currently under liquidation.
Credicorp, as sole contributor to these Sartor AGF-managed funds, filed a request before the CMF on April 1, 2025 to replace the liquidator of said funds with Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A., granting it all necessary faculties to liquidate both funds' assets and fulfill the provisions of the Single Fund Act. Ameris manifested its agreement to Credicorp Perú, which was also reported to the Commission.
Given this background information, especially Credicorp's status as sole contributor to the Táctico Perú and Facturas USD funds (which is unusual for funds managed by Sartor AGF, currently under liquidation), exceptional conditions allow the CMF to grant Credicorp's request on an extraordinary basis. Through a well-founded resolution and in the best interests of contributors to the corresponding funds, the Commission may modify the liquidator in charge of winding up the funds as per Exempt Resolution No. 2,964 of 2025.
This is why the Board of the CMF agreed to accept the request filed by Credicorp Capital Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos and designate Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. as the new liquidator. Ameris Capital will act as a CMF delegate pursuant to Article 26, Letter B of the Single Fund Act, and have all necessary faculties to adequately wind up said funds and fulfill the provisions of Article 26.
Considering the current situation of the Táctico Perú and Facturas USD Redeemable Investment Funds, as well as that of Sartor AGF (currently under liquidation), Ameris Capital shall take over as of this Resolution's notification and acceptance of the position. It must present a report before the Commission after concluding its management, as well as submitting partial reports should the CMF request them.
