April 4, 2025 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) will conduct an introductory webinar about how to use "CMF Supervisa." The event is scheduled for April 15, 2025 at 11 AM.

The webinar aims to instruct supervised parties on how to access the new communication channel and use its available functions and applications, as well as the procedure to fulfill requirements set forth in General Rule No. 515, which creates "CMF Supervisa."

Said General Rule states that supervised parties (and any parties mandated to report) must use "CMF Supervisa" to submit information required by laws and regulations as of May 1, 2025. "CMF Supervisa" replaces both the current Online Information Submission System and Extranet.

Interested parties wanting to attend the instruction webinar can register starting today and until April 14, 2025 through the CMF website or until filling all available spots. Those who registered will receive confirmation with the date, time, and access code for the event. Likewise, the Commission will make available video tutorials about topics covered in the webinar for interested parties to consult at any time.

Supervised parties required to update information on their legal representatives can do so by using the form available at CMF Sin Papel (Paperless CMF) as of April 7, 2025. They must attach documentation proving their status as legal representatives of said entities.
