February 6, 2025 - Having verified compliance by Tanner Banco Digital (TBD) with requirements set forth in current rules and regulations, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) granted said entity its Operating Authorization.

This way, TBD officially completes its licensing process, which began in January 2024 when the CMF granted it a Certificate of Provisional Authorization and continued with the subsequent Existence Authorization. The Operating Authorization proves TBD is now ready to carry out its line of business.

According to Article 31 of the General Banking Act, the bank has a one-year timeframe to start its activities (no later than February 6, 2026).
