December 31, 2024 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) resolved to extend the management suspension issued against Konsegur Seguros de Garantías y Crédito S.A. for another six months. CMF Subrogate Chairwoman Catherine Tornel also extended Mr. Robert Rivas Carrillo as administrator of the company for the same timeframe.

The Resolution is based on Konsegur's persistent non-compliance with solvency indicators, which led the CMF to suspend the company's insurance sales and later appoint an administrator. Keeping these measures in place is necessary to give continuity to the firm and adequately protect policyholders' interests.
