December 6, 2024 - Having verified compliance with requirements set forth in current rules and regulations, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) announces that it approved the authorization of existence and statutes of Liberty Mutual Seguros Chile S.A.
Pursuant to said resolution, this special corporation can begin operations once it carries out the legalization process, i.e., enrollment and publication of the certificate granted by the Commission that authorizes its existence.
