August 28, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) reports that it has authorized the existence and bylaws of Tanner Banco Digital after verifying their compliance with current rules and regulations. By virtue of this resolution, Tanner's provisional board of directors will begin operations, and its permanent general manager and deputy general manager be named.

The new entity's establishment process began in January 2024 by obtaining a Certificate of Provisional Authorization as per Article 27 of the General Banking Act. The final stage to get a banking license is the Operating Authorization, which Tanner Banco Digital will obtain from the CMF upon proving it is ready to begin operations.
