June 18, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) announces the publication on its website of the Official Response to a presentation by Inversiones TLC SpA on June 3, 2024, in which it requests SQM to summon an extraordinary shareholder meeting regarding the Association Agreement signed with Codelco on May 31, 2024.
