June 13, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) issued today an amendment to Circular Letter No. 1,815 on submission of information regarding pension life annuity policies. It aims to compile structured, periodical information of the number of pensions paid by means of payment and accrual date through the Commission's Online Information Submission System (SEIL). In addition, the regulation incorporates pension payment dates for each insurance company.

The regulation intends to automate submissions and receptions of said information and generate databases that can be updated quickly and efficiently. It becomes effective as of October 1, 2024.
