March 19, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) informs investors and the general public that the following entities are not supervised by the CMF:
- Investors Trust, operating on the website https://www.investors-trust.com/
- Trading-club, operating on the website https://trading-club.com/
The CMF recommends that investors, before making an investment, always seek further information about the products and companies they are considering investing in by taking the following actions:
- Check the CMF website to confirm if the respective company is registered in Chile and who is responsible for its management.
- Use common Internet search engines to identify the existence of complaints or negative comments regarding the entity, conducting searches containing the company's name, the names of directors, and the products they are considering for investment.
The CMF reminds individuals that on its Citizens Alerts website, they can verify if a company or individual offering financial products or services is regulated by the CMF, review alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators regarding unregulated entities or activities, and find other important tips for the protection of investors, insured persons, and financial customers.
