February 8, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) announces the consulting table on payment initiation services within the implementation of the Open Finance System (OFS) through the Fintech Act. This table is public, participatory, and transparent, and aims to receive feedback from interested parties on the most relevant aspects of the OFS to advance the regulatory issuance process.

Interested parties are invited to register for the event by using the form available on the CMF website and state whether they will attend remotely or in person. Once enrollments are closed, participants will be informed of the consulting table's date and time, which will be held the week of February 19.

Registrations are open until February 14, 2024. Interested parties who submitted their enrollment for this consulting table in October 2023 do not need to register again.
