January 9, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) announces a new consulting table titled "Participants, Products and Graduality" to work on the implementation of the Open Finance System (OFS) as part of the Fintech Act. As in the previous consultative tables carried out by the CMF, the purpose is to receive feedback from interested parties on the most relevant aspects related to the OFS and advance in a public, participatory, and transparent regulation issuance process.

Interested parties can register for the event by using the form available on the CMF website until January 16, 2024. Applicants must choose their preferred format (in-person or online) and will be informed of the date and time of the table, defined according to the number of enrolled participants, after registration closes.
