January 5, 2024 - The Board of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) sanctioned Unión Inmobiliaria S.A. with a fine of UF 200 for failing to submit in a timely manner its financial statements for September and Decembet 2021 and the entire fiscal year 2022.
Per Exempt Resolution No. 83, timely submissions of such information allow both the Commission and the public to have all relevant information in hand to ensure market transparency and take informed decisions.
