August 23, 2023 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) invites interested parties to participate in the consulting tables on minimum equity and guarantees related to services of intermediation and custody of financial instruments and order rerouting. As part of the implementation of the Fintech Act (Law No. 21,521), these tables intend to address regulatory proposals in these areas and gather feedback from attendees prior to starting the corresponding public consultation processes.

The consulting tables will be held online on August 31 and September 1, 2023 at 2 PM. Interested parties must send an e-mail to leyfintec at cmfchile dot cl including their name, phone number, the entity they represent, and their preferred attendance date. Registrations will be open until August 28.
