August 5, 2025 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) informs investors and the public that the following entities are not registered before the CMF nor authorized to provide services regulated by Law No. 21,521, also known as the Fintech Act:
- Koddpa, which operates through the koddpa dot com website.
- GROKR Exchange, which operates through the grokrlssc dot com; grokrcoin dot com; grokr dash lssc com; and grokrwaid dot com web addresses.
- HCTX, which operates through the hctxuk dot com website.
- Crypto, which operates through the crypto dash current15 dot com website.
- Dmm.bond, which operates through the dmm dot bond website.
- Iyovia, which operates through the iyovia dot com website.
- VenturyFX, which operates through the venturyfx dot com slash es; my dot venturyfx dot com slash register; and my dot venturyfx dot com slash login web addresses.
- Mod Mount Ltd., which operates through the modmountltd dot com slash es web address.
- TradeEU Global, which operates through the tradeeuglobal dot net slash es; tradeeu dash global dot com; and tradeeu dot global addresses.
- Eronto, which operates through the eronto dot io and my dot eronto dot io slash platforms web addresses.
- BAM NPV, which is available for download from Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bamnpv.gg).
This means the Commission cannot exert its supervising and sanctioning capacities upon said entities.
Before making any investment, the CMF recommends investors to always do their research on products and companies they are considering investing in by taking the following actions to avoid potential scams:
- Check the CMF website to confirm whether the relevant company is registered in Chile, and which parties are responsible for its management.
- Use popular Internet search engines to identify any complaints or negative feedback about the company through its name, its directors, and the products being considered for investment.
The Commission also reminds the public about the Fraud Alerts Page for investors, policyholders, and banking customers available on its website. Interested parties can verify here whether an entity or person offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF; check alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities; and other important advice for the protection of investors, policyholders, and financial clients.
